Mars bar slice

This lesson we mars bar slice. First I cut up the butter and mars bars into small pieces so it would be easy to melt. Once it was quite smooth we turned it up to a boil. This thickened the chocolate. We then turned it off so it wouldn't burn. And mixed alot until a smooth consistent texture came. We added the rice bubbles in and mixed it so all of them were coated. Once this was done Sophie had melted the chocolate and we put the rice bubbles in patted them down then the chocolate on top. We then put it in the fridge to set. Once we took it out after 5 mins it was perfect! We cut it up and it tasted really nice!
