Carmel choc centre cupcakes

This lesson we made vanilla cupcakes with a chocolate caramel centre. First we made the vanilla cupcake batter normal. Mixing all dry ingredients together and then wet ingredients and hen put them together. Also we made sure we sifter our flour to get higher fluffier cupcakes. Once we had made the batter we got the cupcake holders ready in the cupcake pan. THen we half filled each cake holde. Next we placed one little caramel chocolate in each cupcake and push it down a bit. Then we added some more cupcake batter over the tops so the chocolate wouldn't burn. We then put them in the oven which was preheated to 180 degrees. We washed up and waited for them to rise and cook. They looked really good at the end and tasted great!!

You don't even need to cook it just put it in the frige to set! First we crushed up all the scotch finger biscuits in a food processor. Then on a pan we heated the butter and sugar until its dissolve. Then we added the cocoa in and took it off the that do the cocoa didn't turn bitter! Stirred in the coconut and egg. Lastly we chopped up the walnuts and cherries and added them in! Then we spread it across a pan over baking paper. It was put in the fridge for a bit and taken out chopped and then final eaten!! It was YUM

BLT burger

This was a very simple dish to cook! First we fried the bacon in a pan. While that was cooking we chopped up the tomato in slices. Then we washed the lettuce and sliced it. Once we had finished this the bacon was ready. We toasted the bread and then put the sandwich together! This was a healthy meal except for bacon was a bit fatty!

Fried rice

This lesson we made fried rice. The lesson before we cooked the rice and then stored it. This would then make it easier to cook with the rice as it would be dry and not gluggy. First we turned on the wok. Then we whisked the egg and poured it onto the wok. We left it to fry up a bit and the took it off. It was then left to cool on a board. Next we fried up the bacon and capsicum, with some crushed ginger and garlic. then we added the shallots, peas, corn, chicken and rice. The eggs were then chopped into strips and added into the rice. Lastly soy sauce was added to give it flavor! Overall this dish was a very healthy meal! It has alot of vegetables, good source of carbohydrates and some protein from the chicken! I really enjoyed this meal!

Omelette

This lesson we cooked omlets. First I cooked up the capsicum and onion in some butter. I then added the egg mixture with milk and chives. I waited for the egg to cook slightly then I placed some mushrooms and ham on one side of the egg. after it cooked a little more I put cheese n the top, and placed the pan in the grill for a short while just so the cheese could melt. Lastly I folded the omelet over, put it on a plate and garnished with parsley.
Overall this is a healthy start to the day because it has a bit of everything. This is quite a filling meal to so will avoid being hungry to quickly after eaten.
